Horrible fits…

Being a mother I must say I have learned a lot and and have seen a lot of good days and bad days. It was the first time Mommy was not prepared for what is coming. Have seen my lil one in pain for 1st time when he had his first vaccine and seriously I cried a lot. For me, the pain of the vaccine was like hurting my heart so hard. I was for his good gradually I make my mind it’s ok if it hurts it is for his good. One night my baby was not sleeping he was not comfortable in sleep I hold him and tried to comfort him but suddenly I realized he is having a fever I gave him ‘Panadol’ which is for kids under 2 without sugar. I thought he will be fine in a while and will be asleep in a while but no after 2 hours fever was double and I was surprised the so-called ‘Panadol’ is not working the way it used to be. I was very disappointed. I feed my baby and again I gave him ‘Panadol’ but it does not work as it was night time I was not able to take him anywhere. Somehow he sleeps for a lil time. After 4 hours around 8, he woke up again crying I feed him and took him to the hospital. I took a doctor’s appointment there and run towards his room. As I stop waiting for the patient to come out so then I’ll go and I saw he started having fits due to a high fever I feel it because he was in my arms the nurse sending in front of me started shouting take him to the emergency run with me and I went inside the emergency room they took him from me and started the treatment. It was a really hard time. It was a horrible moment in my life watching him having fits is like me dying inside. But Alhamdulillah it was just because of high fever nothing much. He never gets those fits again Alhamdulillah. I have seen a lot of people having fits I saw them falling anywhere hurting there self wid anything by falling on anything I was so scared about what am I going to do but yes Allah is the biggest planner. The lesson I got from the incident is whatever the time is if the fever is not coming down wid one dose they forget everything and run to the doctor. Do not take any risks especially if it’s for your kids do not think twice. Just run to the doctor. Medicine nowadays is not reliable. Panadol was the trustworthy syrup for immediate relief but I had a very bad experience for my kids.
